If you are experiencing the game running slowly, please try the following:
1. Uninstall the game
2. Open the Google Play games app on your device
3. Go to Settings in the google play games app
4. Make sure sign me into games automatically is switched off
5. Reinstall the game, if you see a prompt to connect to a Google Play account skip or ignore it using the device back button
6. Click the start button in game and play through the tutorial
7. Once the tutorial is completed, click the facebook button to load your account from the cloud save
If you are on a Samsung device - search for performance settings and set to Game or High performance rather than Optimised - which is known to cause performance issues in our games.
