Your purchases should be available in The Paddock inbox next time you relaunch F1 Clash. If you do not see your purchases immediately, please give this a few minutes and try rebooting the game.

If you still do not see your purchases after this point, please contact F1 Clash support for further assistance. You can do this in game by following these steps:

- Open F1 Clash
- Go to 'Settings' top left of the Home Screen
- Go to 'Help & Support'
- Select 'Chat with Us' at the bottom of the menu, or select the chat icon top right

When contacting us, please provide a screenshot of your purchase confirmation email receipt.
