As a general rule, refunds are not possible within F1 Clash if the purchase was received and claimed as expected in-game; however, we can make an exception under certain specific circumstances:

- If the purchase was made within the last 14 days, and the in-game currency from the purchase was never claimed and/or spent, Stash and Hutch will review the request on a case by case basis.

- If the in-game currency was spent, if it is no longer within 14 days of the point of purchase, or if the purchase involved consumable items such as Crates that were claimed, then no refund will be possible.

- If there was an issue with the purchase (the goods were never received or you were charged multiple times for a single purchase), then please contact us to request a refund.

Or, you can reach out to the F1 Clash support team by following these steps:

- Open F1 Clash
- Go to 'Settings' top left of the Home Screen
- Go to 'Help & Support'
- Select 'Chat with Us' at the bottom of the menu, or select the chat icon top right

Stash reserves the right to block Customers from future purchases if it is in the view of Stash and/or the F1 Clash support team that a Customer is abusing their refund and/or dispute privileges.
