Here’s what resets with the new Season:

All Drivers (including Legendary and Special Edition Drivers) and Components you collected in the previous Season will be locked in your Hall of Fame.
Coins (although all players will start the new Season with the same amount of Coins)
Flags and Series progress
Legacy Points
