Altering the upgrades that have already been made on a car is not a feature that exists within Top Drives, nor is it our policy to do so at a support level - this includes changing a car to another final upgrade state or removing individual upgrades. Retuning cars to optimise your garage, to try out different upgrade states or to rectify earlier mistakes with the benefit of experience will not qualify as reasons for an exception to be made.

An exception can be made in three situations only.

1. Prize cars
2. Campaign reward cars (from the final match in each region in the initial single-player campaign)
3. If a player has maxed out all three major upgrade states and distributed minor upgrades between them - for example, if Engine was upgraded to 3.1, Weight to 3.3 and Chassis to 3.2. In this situation, an exception may be made at the discretion of the support staff to consolidate those minor upgrades into one of the three typical final upgrade states (332, 323 or 233).

For each car that fits these circumstances, an exception can be made once only - once the upgrades have been retuned once, they will not be changed again. Any alteration will only be made outside the duration of a Tri-Series, collection series, or any other major live content.

No other support requests on the subject will be granted.
