To determine each car’s relative strength, all the cars have to be raced against each other and the outcomes recorded. When we introduce any new cars, this all has to be done again. The process results in necessary changes to RQ and rarity - to keep strength of each car relative to the others. This necessitates changes to RQ score and, in some cases, rarity. We have also increased the spread of car RQ values to between 3-30 (up from 3-25). A detailed list of changes can be found in the links below:
