First go in the Settings from your smartphone’s home screen. You should then go into your Apps or Application manager, it depends on your device. From there you should either be able to scroll down to Google Play Store and select "Clear cache" or you might have to first go into Storage then Clear cache. Then do the same for Top Drives.

Once you've done this, head to the play store app and check for updates.

If this doesn’t work, please try another reinstall of the game.
