Hutch will refund an in app purchase made on the Android platform provided the following conditions are met:

 

- You contact us within 48 hours of the purchase being made

- The item(s) purchased have not been spent, consumed, modified or traded

 

 

We're currently unable to process refund requests for purchases made on iOS as Apple doesn't provide game developers with the tools to do so.
