If you purchased something in the game and didn't get your items, please contact our support team using the contact button at the bottom of our Help Center here. Please send us your purchase receipt along with your User ID - the long alphanumeric code located at the bottom of your in game Settings screen. You can send us a screenshot if that’s easier.
 
However, please note that purchases may sometimes take a few minutes before being processed, so it's best not to contact support immediately after making a purchase that hasn't yet arrived to your account.

For purchases made on iOS, you can see your iOS payments here: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT204088. Please note that if the purchase is in 'Pending' state, it means it has not yet been completed on Apple's end; in this case, please contact Apple Support to find out why they haven't completed. You can use the Report a Problem feature on the purchases. To do this, please check the following link: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT204084.

For purchases made on Android you can see your payments here: https://payments.google.com. The code we need to process your purchase looks like this: GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXX.
