On the Nascar Pass milestone track - tap the ‘Activate’ button above the Premium Nascar Pass path

In the Store the Premium Nascar Pass is featured at the top - tap the ‘Activate’ button 

It is advised to leave enough time for yourself to get the maximum value out of your Premium Nascar Pass purchase.
