To delete your account on an iOS device, please follow these steps:
- Select ‘Settings’ (cog icon) top left of the screen
- Select ‘Account Management’
- Select ‘Delete Account’
- If you are certain you want to delete your account, select ‘Yes’
- If you had linked Apple to your Nascar Manager account, when prompted sign in with Apple to confirm the deletion of your account
- If you did not link Apple to your Nascar Manager account, when prompted enter the 4 digit code displayed on screen in game to confirm the deletion of your account
- Your account will then have been deleted and you can select ‘Reboot’. If you would also like to make a data deletion request, tap the ‘Request Data Deletion’ link displayed before rebooting.
Please be aware that deleting your account will result in all progress to be lost. This includes any in-game currency, purchased or earned. Once your account has been deleted, it cannot be recovered.
If instead of deleting your account you wish to disassociate your Google and/or Apple Login from the game, please do contact our Customer Support team for further assistance.
