The number of video ads you can watch to earn rewards is limited and it depends on our ad partner's supply, which is responsible for adequately sending videos to you.

This limit depends on a variety of factors, such as demographics, available languages, devices, time of the day, among others.

But don't you worry! They are constantly adding new videos so you should be able to watch ads for rewards soon! :)

Alternatively, if there is an ad that is crashing, freezing, or giving you a black screen in the game - please send us a screenshot or details of the faulty ad and we'll do our best to remove it from the game's ad pool. However, whatever the issue, this usually resolves itself fairly quickly by waiting a bit and rebooting the game.
